At Ur Home Decor LLC, every statue and decorative piece is carefully crafted, packaged, and shipped with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Due to the heavy and fragile nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, we understand that damages can occasionally occur during transit. In such cases, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly:

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a replacement, we require clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging materials, and the shipping label.

Once we receive and review your claim, we will arrange a replacement shipment of the damaged item at no additional cost to you.
Please note: Replacements are only provided for items that are proven to have been damaged during shipping. We are unable to issue refunds or accept returns for any other reason.
