Our story

By us.

UR Home Decor is not a catalogue that drop-ships from overseas. We are a working concrete shop in Warren, Michigan. The moulds are ours, the pours happen on our floor, and the paint goes on by hand, one piece at a time.

Concrete guardian lions flanking a cobbled estate driveway at dusk, with a classical fountain in the foreground

The work

What comes off our floor.

Finished pieces, photographed where they are meant to live rather than where they were made.

A concrete lion wall fountain running against a stone wall, flanked by planted urns — A lion wall fountain in place. The mask, the basins and the plinth are separate castings that stack.

Concrete guardian lions and a classical fountain along an estate driveway at dusk — Estate work. Lions at the gate, a figure fountain on the forecourt, all cast in Warren.

A pale concrete classical figure on a carved plinth beside a swimming pool — Poolside. Sealed concrete handles chlorine, splash and full sun without chalking.

Scale

You cannot fake weight.

Our tallest fountain stands nine feet and weighs about 1,500 lb. The heaviest lion runs to 700. That mass is the difference between a garden feature and a garden ornament — it is why our pieces are still standing where they were put years later.

It is also why we are straight with you about delivery. Heavy pieces travel by pallet or freight, and we say so on the product page before you buy, not after.

Who we make for

Two customers, one standard.

Homeowners

People buying one piece that has to look right for a long time — a memorial in the garden, a fountain by the patio, a pair of lions at the drive. You get the same casting and the same finish as our trade orders.
