A matched pair of our 40-inch seated lions, cast in solid concrete in Warren, Michigan. Each lion stands 40 inches tall on a 24 by 16 inch base and weighs about 700 pounds, so each needs a level, load-bearing footing — a slab, pad or pier either side of a driveway, gate or staircase.
Choose the finish: classic stone, a solid colour such as black or white, or a custom paint scheme — message us after ordering. Delivery is free by palletised freight, and we call ahead to book a window. If you only need one, the same lion is sold singly.
- Solid concrete is heavy by design. Set the piece on level, compacted ground or a solid slab.
- Move it with two or more people, or with equipment on the larger pieces. Lift from the base, never by the detail.
- The seal protects the paint outdoors. Re-sealing every few seasons keeps the colour strongest.
- In hard-freeze climates, drain any water feature and cover or store it before the first freeze.

Because of what these pieces weigh, we do not accept change-of-mind returns — the freight cost on a piece this heavy would exceed what most of them are worth. Every order is fully insured in transit, so if anything arrives damaged our returns department will arrange a replacement or a refund, and you will never be asked to ship a broken piece back.
