Before you order
- No change-of-mind returns. Like everything in our shop, it cannot be returned for a change of mind once it is delivered undamaged. Damage, defects and mistakes are always covered, as above.
- Measure first. Check the size above against your spot. Not sure it will fit, or which finish to choose? Press Ask about this piece and we will help before you buy.
- Hand-painted, so each one is unique. Small differences in color and detail from the photos are normal.
The full policy is just below under Delivery, returns & exchanges, and on our Returns & Exchanges page.

- Cast resin is light, so anchor or shelter it if it sits somewhere exposed to strong wind.
- Wipe clean with water and a soft cloth. Solvents and pressure washers will damage the paint.
- Bring it indoors over winter and it will keep its colour for many more seasons.
- On solar pieces, keep the panel clear of leaves and give it a few hours of direct sun each day.
Free parcel delivery. Boxed, insured and shipped by standard parcel carrier.
Because of what these pieces weigh, we do not accept change-of-mind returns — the freight cost on a piece this heavy would exceed what most of them are worth. Every order is fully insured in transit, so if anything arrives damaged our returns department will arrange a replacement or a refund, and you will never be asked to ship a broken piece back.
